It outlines when and why users receive a notification alerts related to their Active Directory password expiration.👥 Target Audience / Applies To • ENTSO-E employees and/or Member and Third-party users✅ Prerequisites • You must have an Active Directory account.• You must be registered to receive SMS notifications for password expiry.📌 Step-by-Step Instructions If you receive an notification from the Password Reset Tool, it means your Active Directory password is about to expire or has already expired. The notification will list the applications where your account is affected. Follow the instructions in the notification to change your password promptly. Note: This notification does not apply to the myENTSO-E SharePoint app. 🔧 Troubleshooting & FAQs Q: I received an notification, but I already changed my password. Why did I still get the message?A: The system may have sent the notification before your password change was registered. If you’ve already updated your password, you can ignore the message.Q: When are the notifications sent?A: Notifications are sent daily at 4 PM on the following schedule:• 14 days before password expiry• 7 days before password expiry• On the day of expiry• 7 days after expiry 📚 Additional Resources • Password reset tool
